What is your application fee?
$75 per applicant 18 years or older
What is the security deposit?
$500 for standard applications

Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Our pet fee is a one-time, non-refundable $300 fee per pet plus an additional $25/month per pet. Maximum of two pets per home. Service and support animals that are medically necessary for the person to use and enjoy the apartment have pet fees waived.

Is there a washer and dryer in each home?
Yes, each home at Village Green comes equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer.
Are their storage units available?
Yes, on-site storage units are available for rent for an additional $20-$30/month depending on unit size.
RESIDENT QUESTIONS
Can I pay my rent online?
Yes, you can create a resident account and set up one-time and recurring payments.
Is there a fee to use amenities?
There is no fee for the on-site amenities at Village Green.
